Apricot Upside-Down Pudding(4 To 5 Persons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. flour
    1 heaped tsp. baking powder
    little milk (for mixing)
    3 oz. suet
    pinch of salt
    2 oz. dried apricots
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 oz. sugar
Preparation
    Soak the apricots overnight if possible.
    Chop the suet finely and mix with the flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon. Grease a cake tin and decorate the bottom with apricots.
    Chop the remaining fruit and add to the flour, etc.
    Mix with milk.
    Place in the cake tin; cover with greased paper and steam for 2 hours. Serve with custard.
