Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
    1 c. white rice
    1 can beef bouillon soup
    1 can onion soup
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Take off heat and add mushrooms, rice and soups in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
