Chinese Noodles And Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. noodles
2 small slices fresh ginger root
3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1 small onion, cut up
2 pieces bacon, cut up
4 pork chops, cut up
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Fry onion, ginger root, garlic and bacon.
Add pork chops and soy sauce.
Cook until pork is done.
Add sugar, seasonings and pineapple juice.
Cook noodles in boiling water.
Drain.
Add to pork mixture.
Garnish with celery and pineapple slices.
