2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
