Ingredients
    4 c. croutons
    2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange croutons in 9-inch pie plate. Top croutons with tomato slices and then sprinkle with cheese.
