Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 boiled egg, chopped
1/2 c. pickle relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Preparation

Chop flowerets and smaller stems of broccoli.
Grate stalk. Discard outside stringy portion of stalk.
Stir in chopped onion and egg, relish and mayonnaise.
Let stand several hours or overnight to blend.
Best if chopped peanuts are added just before serving.
