Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger, fried with 1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, then 1 hour, uncovered.
    May add water chestnuts and/or slivered almonds.
