Dutch Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon, chopped
1 onion, sliced
4 c. cooked, diced carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; remove bacon.
Cook onion in bacon drippings until transparent.
Add carrots; season with salt and pepper.
Turn carrots into hot vegetable dish.
Garnish with bacon; serve immediately.
