Stir-Fry Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless pork
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 green onion, sliced
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 lb. pea pods
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice pork into thin strips about 2 inches long and 1/8-inch thick.
    Combine broth, soy sauce, sherry and cornstarch; set aside.
    Preheat stir-fry pan on high for 5 minutes.
    Add oil and pork; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes, or until pork is done.
    Remove meat.
    Add celery, onion, pea pods and ginger root to pan. Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add 1 tablespoon water.
    Cover and allow to steam 1 minute, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Stir pork into vegetables.
    Add broth mixture; heat until mixture becomes thick and bubbly.
    Serve over rice.
