Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tart apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt (if butter, unsalted)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Peel, core and slice apples into a 9-inch pie pan or dish.
    Coat apples with lemon juice.
    Work like pastry with a pastry blender or with the fingertips:
    flour, brown sugar, butter, salt and cinnamon.
    Mixture must be lightly worked so that it does not become oily.
    Spread crumbly mixture over the apples.
    Bake for about 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
