Cauliflower-Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice (brown rice preferred)
    3 c. cooked broccoli and cauliflower
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    slivered almonds
    small amount milk
Preparation
    Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces and steam until soft.
    Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in margarine until soft. Combine cooked vegetables with soup, Monterey Jack and sharp cheeses and milk for moist consistency.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and slivered almonds on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
