Wine Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. wine (sherry, Claret, rose, etc.)
Preparation

Mix well in a bowl the gelatin and sugar.
Add boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
Add juices and wine.
Mix, mold and chill.
Or pour onto flat pan for cutting shapes after chilling. Serves 6 to 8 as a dessert or 10 to 12 as an accompaniment for poultry.
