No Fuss Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup, slightly diluted with water
    mild Cheddar cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes and place in a buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with onions and pour soup over top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with sliced cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
