Creamy Tomato Pork (Or Chicken) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
6 center cut pork chops or chicken cutlets
8 oz. heavy cream
1 c. chicken stock
2 oz. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. basil
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the chicken stock, basil, salt and pepper; simmer. Add the pork chops and cook until done. Add the cream and tomato paste; heat through. Serve over rice or pasta.
