Larry'S Double Corn Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. corn oil
3 Tbsp. minced onions
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. whole kernel corn with pepper, drained
Preparation

Mix first 5 dry ingredients.
Cut in margarine and oil until crumbly.
Stir in onion, milk and corn to form dough.
Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for about 12 minutes or until slightly browned.
Serves 16.
Can be frozen and reheated in microwave for about 38 seconds.
