Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved and boneless
    3 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place chicken between wax paper and flatten with rolling pin. Sprinkle parsley and Italian seasoning over chicken.
    Place ham and cheese slices on chicken breast.
    Roll up from small end and stick a toothpick in to hold. Mix mayonnaise and water, brush on chicken.
    Mix bread crumbs and rest of Italian seasoning.
    Roll chicken in breadcrumbs and place in baking dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
