Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain and place in 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Stir together soup and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and beaten egg to soup and cheese mixture.
Pour over broccoli.
Top with remaining grated cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until lightly browned.
