Hazruquive(Hopi Hominy, Bean Sprout, Corncob Stew) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked hominy
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 bunches bean sprouts
3 c. veal/lamb stock
3 ears yellow corn-on-the-cob, cut in 3-inch pieces
Preparation

Place hominy in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to boil on high and add stock, salt and pepper.
Return to boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook 10 minutes.
Add corn and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Add sprouts; reduce to low and simmer until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
