Chicken Pie Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. cut up chicken
    3 c. carrots, sliced
    3 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    parsley flakes
    gravy
    baking powder biscuits
Preparation
    In bit kettle, put chicken and add water to cover.
    Cook on medium for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove chicken from kettle.
    To broth, add the carrots, potatoes, celery and onion; cook for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from bones, cutting into pieces, and add to the broth.
    Simmer 5 more minutes.
    Remove everything from broth and put in a large roaster.
    Mix cornstarch and water to make gravy; add to chicken broth which is boiling.
