German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
    Mix cake mix as directed on box.
    Pour batter over nuts and coconut.
    Mix together margarine and cream cheese.
    Mix in powdered sugar.
    Spread over top of the batter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0; bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand about 10 minutes and dump upside-down onto plate or cookie sheet.
    Serves 12 to 15.
