Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped celery (leaves and stocks)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    4 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. turkey
    3 c. gravy
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
    salt and pepper
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Saute celery until soft; add onion and saute until soft.
    In another bowl, add sauteed ingredients to bread crumbs (not necessary to toast).
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
