Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 bag egg noodles
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 or 2 chopped onions
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 can green peas
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat, onions and pepper until tender and meat is crumbly.
    When meat is brown add tomatoes and peas.
    Remove from heat; drain some liquid off.
    Add soup and set aside.
    Cook noodles in salty water until tender.
    Drain; add cream cheese cut in small pieces.
    Add sour cream.
    Put a layer of noodles and a layer of meat sauce until all is used.
    Bake slowly at 300\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
    This recipe make a lot.
    Use a large casserole dish.
    This will keep a long time in the refrigerator.
