Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 small can green chiles
    1 tsp. oil
    4 oz. sour cream
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    water
    salt and pepper
    Tabasco sauce
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Put oil in skillet.
    Brown pepper, onion and half the can of chiles.
    Put in chicken and cook until done.
    Dice chicken into chunks and set aside with vegetables.
    Place chicken broth in saucepan and bring to a boil.
