Seafood Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 lb. scallops
    2 lb. cheese tortellini
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 c. fresh basil leaves
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil shrimp and scallops for 5 minutes, until just cooked. Drain and let cool.
    Cook tortellini until al dente; drain and let cool.
    Combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil leaves, garlic and grated cheese in blender.
    Toss ingredients together.
    Add pepper to taste.
    Serves 8 to 12.
