Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, completely thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 c. chopped onion (also green pepper, if desired)
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
