Philly Steak Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green pepper and onions, julienned
    olive oil
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
    butter
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Put the pepper and onions in frying pan with olive oil. Season, tenderize and cut up steak.
    Fry in pan of butter; drain grease off meat.
    Veggies go on top of meat.
    Put the shredded cheese over top; cover to steam.
