Beer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) can beer
2 c. chopped walnuts (leave a few whole)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Put together oil, eggs and sugar; beat until light and fluffy, about 1 minute, on high.
Add flour, spices and baking soda; stir until mixed, then slowly put in beer while mixing until it blends.
Add nuts; mix.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Try with toothpick if ready.
