Parsley Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. cold water
    5 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Coat a 12-muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, milk, cold water and chopped parsley.
    With electric mixer at high, beat mixture until just smooth.
    Fold softly beaten egg whites into batter; mix gently, then evenly fill prepared muffin cups with batter.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until well browned, puffed up and firm.
