Corn Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 chopped onions
butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
salt and pepper to taste
turkey stock
Preparation

Sift together cornmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.
Add eggs and milk.
Mix well.
Pour in baking pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Allow corn bread to cool.
Break into pieces.
Saute celery and onions in butter.
Add to bread along with spices. Moisten with turkey stock.
