Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
salt
pepper
1 chicken, cut up or legs and thighs
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Grease sides and bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour rice evenly over bottom of pan.
Arrange salted and peppered chicken on top of rice.
Blend soup, water and onion soup mix.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
