Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Swans Down cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk (add if needed)
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook at 300\u00b0 until passes toothpick test in 3 or 4 cake pans.
