Harvest Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 lb. can sweet potatoes, drained
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugar, salt, marmalade and wine in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Add raisins.
    Arrange potatoes in shallow buttered casserole.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Yields 5 servings.
