Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 cucumbers (medium size), peeled
2 onions (medium size), sliced
salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. to 8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Salt cucumbers and onions thoroughly; put in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours.
Drain water off.
Mix sugar and vinegar.
Blend so sugar dissolves.
Add 1/4 cup of water if it tastes too much like vinegar.
Add sour cream.
Add more sour cream for creamier taste. Serves 8.
