Meat Loaf With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. quick oats (uncooked)
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix cheese, milk and mustard in small saucepan. Heat on low until smooth.
Put aside 3/4 cup of this sauce.
Mix remaining 1/4 cup sauce and remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Shape into a loaf in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes.
Serve with reserved cheese sauce over it.
Makes 4 servings.
