Coconut Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook in microwave until bubbly, stirring with a whisk every 2 minutes.
    Cook until thickens.
    Add margarine and coconut.
    Set aside to cool.
