Dressed-Up Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
thin sliced Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
2 c. crumbled seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Split 4 whole chicken breasts (about 4 pounds) and remove skin. You may bone them or leave bone in.
Arrange in a shallow type baking dish.
Cover breasts with thin slices of Swiss cheese.
Stir together the soup (undiluted) and wine.
Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle top with the stuffing mix.
Drizzle top with the butter. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes.
Serves 8. You may leave the wine out.
