Old-Fashioned Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, whipped
1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients and cook until thickened well. Stir slowly while cooking.
Beat with mixer when cooked until smooth.
Pour into pie shell and top with whipped egg whites. Brown in 400\u00b0 oven.
