Korean Noodles (Island Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry saimin
    1/2 lb. char siu, sliced
    2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
    1 pkg. bean sprouts, blanched
    3 eggs (add 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt)
Preparation
    In large pot, cook saimin in boiling water.
    Rinse thoroughly under running water and chill in refrigerator.
    Beat eggs in small bowl, adding sugar and salt.
    Fry in pan and slice in thin strips. Combine saimin, char siu, cucumbers, bean sprouts and eggs and serve with sauce.
