Rhubarb Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Batter will be thick. Spread over bottom of well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
