Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    6 heaping Tbsp. plain flour
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together Ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sugar. Continue beating, adding eggs one at a time.
    Add vanilla; fold in sour cream and then flour.
    Blend well.
    Pour into greased and floured spring-form pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. When done, turn off oven (don't open) and let cake set for 1 hour. When cake is completely cooled, remove from pan, wrap in foil and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
    Makes very large, thick cake!
