Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine last five ingredients in a jar with a lid; shake well and chill.
    Thoroughly wash spinach; drain well and tear into bite-size pieces.
    Chill in tight plastic bag to crisp.
    Combine spinach and mushrooms in large bowl; toss with dressing.
    Garnish with sunflower seeds.
