Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 Red Bliss potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
    fresh minced garlic
    garlic powder
    oregano
    butter
    olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into chunks.
    Place on large piece of Reynolds Wrap.
    Mince approximately one clove of fresh garlic over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
    Dot with butter.
    Pour 3 tablespoons of olive/vegetable oil on top.
    Seal foil tightly.
    Cook on grill 10 to 15 minutes on each side until tender when poked with a fork.
