Thirty Day Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, chopped or sliced fine
    2 green sweet peppers, chopped or sliced fine
    1 red sweet pepper, chopped or sliced fine
    8 sticks celery, chopped or sliced fine
    3 medium sweet onions, chopped or sliced fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Bring last five ingredients to boil.
    Cool and pour over chopped vegetables.
    Good as salad or on hot dogs.
