Pumpkin Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/3 c. dry skim milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. brown sugar substitute or equal to 1/2 c.
4 eggs
4 tsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Stir all dry
ingredients
together.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in sprayed (Pam) muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
