Braised, Stuffed Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak, slit with pocket
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. black whole peppercorns
    1 tsp. wine vinegar
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, celery salt and sage.
    Arrange in pocket of steak.
    Dot with butter.
    Close as tightly as possible and secure with skewers (or toothpicks).
