Jail House Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 sticks oleo, softened
    1 c. mashed potatoes or 1/2 c. instant potatoes in 1 c. hot water
    7 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Stir the yeast into the 1 1/2 cups warm water.
    Mix oleo, sugar, salt and potatoes.
    Add flour, then water with yeast as needed; mix well.
    Place in greased bowl; cover with damp cloth. Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll out biscuits as needed. Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
