Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    3 to 4 finely chopped jalapeno peppers
    1/4 c. milk
    pimento (for color)
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese; mix all ingredients together.
    Place in baking dish and top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes.
