Raw Apple Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
4 c. thinly sliced apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Mix together with a spoon; do not use a mixer.
Batter will be stiff.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
