Grilled Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh halibut or other firm fish
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    3 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large dish or Ziploc bag, put lemon juice and rind, garlic and salt.
    Add fish; turn to coat.
    Leave in at least 30 minutes.
    Spread mayonnaise thinly over fish; grill until fish flakes, turning once.
    Serve with sauce.
