Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (175 g.) pkg. pure semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    finely chopped nuts, coconut, chocolate or colored sprinkles
Preparation
    Over low heat, melt chocolate chips and condensed milk, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Chill 2 hours and shape into 3/4-inch balls.
    Roll in any of the suggested coatings and chill 1 hour.
    Store in covered container at room temperature.
