El Rancho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) macaroni, uncooked
3 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. corn (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add onions and cook until tender. Add the rest and simmer 30 to 35 minutes.
